Exceptions apply. Unfortunately, due to some specific customs procedures, the
delivery to some countries is not available at this time. We don’t ship to Canadian sanctions country list: Belarus, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Central African Republic, China, India, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Myanmar, Nicaragua, Somalia, South Sudan, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe. Some distant areas can take a bit longer, but we’ll get it to you!

Delivery time is the combination of processing, manufacturing and shipping time. As we offer worldwide shipping delivery times can vary vastly depending on region. After payment has been processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email listed at the time of checkout. Once the email confirmation has been sent, your order will begin to be processed.

The order processing time might take up to 1- 4 business days for ready to ship items. For handmade items processing time includes manufacturing. It may take 2 -4 weeks to make handmade, made to order or custom made items. Many of our solid gold jewellery are made to order. Processing includes manufacturing, checking, packing, and sending your orders to the post-office. After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you via email. We thank you for your patience and know the beautiful piece you receive will be work the wait!

In general you can clean silver and gold jewelry with a mild soap and a soft brush. Most of our pieces come with a polishing cloth. Store in a dry, safe place when not worn. Discounts will show at Check Out not in your cart. Some discounts will automatically be applied at Check Out. To use a gift card, discount code or coupon, click the cart icon with the heading "show order summary." There will be a box to input your code. 

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All customers are charged at the time items are shipped. Payments are accepted in various currencies including USD, EUR, CAD, AUS. If you are shopping in your local currency that we do not accept, you may be charged in USD. For example; if you are shopping in Mexican Peso you may be charged in USD.  Paying in local currency means your home bank handles the currency conversion; they will convert the accepted currency to Local currency for you. Costumers are responsible for any duty and import taxes that may be charged. 

When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. Due to warehouse locations, manufacturing time and product availability, items may be shipped in separate shipments. You may receive one item before the next. We do this so that you can get your items as fast as possible. In this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers.

We accept 12 hours notice to cancel an order or update any changes such as quantity, color, size, or Shipping Address information. Just contact us at info@cornerstonejewellery.com

Please note that any request received after 12 hours period will no longer be accepted because we process orders immediately. Changes to orders cannot be made once processed. We will still do our best to get a hold or cancel your order after 12 hours period but no guarantee. If we were able to do so you will be charged a 15% cancellation fee on account of the cost we incur for the item already being in production.

We guarantee the materials of our jewelry are as described. Our silver and gold jewelry are 100% real. Please read the product descriptions carefully. There may be some slight discrepancies in stone sizes and material weight up to 20% as many items are made to order. 

As part of Money Back Guarantee we offer refunds on items that do not arrive within the 75-Day Buyer Protection timeline or not as described. Refunds for other reasons are may be accepted within 30-Days of receiving the item. Please reach out to us as soon as an issue arrives at info@cornertonejewellery.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Customer satisfaction is of highest priority to us. This excludes items being sold by wholesalers.
