Sterling Silver

925 Sterling Silver is an alloy made of 92.5% pure silver. All of our sterling silver pieces are stamped with “925”. Many of our silver jewelry is plated in rhodium, gold or platinum, which gives it extra shine and durability. Some of jewelry are treated to give a blackened color, called oxidized silver.

HOW TO CARE FOR STERLING SILVER JEWELRY:

* Sterling silver jewelry will oxidize when exposed to the elements, so remove your silver jewelry before exercising, washing your hands or showering.

* For oxidized silver (blackened) jewelry, do not be cleaned with jewelry cleaning dips or aggressive polishing that will strip the blackened surface. If cleaning is necessary, use mild dish detergent and soft toothbrush with as little rubbing as possible.

* Always apply perfumes, creams and hair care products before wearing your pieces.

* To clean tarnished sterling silver jewelry, polish gently with a silver cloth. Many of our silver pieces come include a free polishing cloth. Use of polishing cloths will strip black surface on oxidized silver jewelry.

* Store in a safe, dry place when not worn to protect them from the elements of daily exposure. Airtight containers or ziplocked bags are great options for preventing oxidization

    Solid Gold

Solid gold is a precious metal that will not oxidize or discolor. We carry gold in various karats. The higher the karat the more gold is present in the alloy and the softer the gold is. This means a 18k gold ring is softer than a 9K gold ring and may bend or scratch more easily. 14k solid gold is great for everyday wear: it scratches less and doesn't bend or wear out as easily as 18k. All of our gold pieces are stamped.

    HOW TO CLEAN GOLD JEWELRY:

    * To maintain the shine of your solid gold piece, scrub it lightly with a soft-bristled brush using warm water and detergent-free soap.

    * Then, buff gently with a clean cloth.

    * Store your pieces in a safe, dry place when not worn to protect them from the elements of daily exposure.

      Diamonds

Diamonds are one of the hardest natural substances found on earth. Our quality diamonds are responsibly sourced from our suppliers who follow conflict-free and socially responsible practices. We only use Kimberley Process certified diamonds.

      HOW TO CLEAN DIAMOND JEWELLERY:

      * Use warm water, detergent-free soap and a soft-bristled brush, rinsing the diamond and setting afterward to ensure there is no residue.

      * Do not use steam or ultrasonic cleaners, as this can cause damage.

      * Store your diamond jewelry in a safe, dry place when not worn.

        Gemstones

We use natural and man made gemstones. Man made gemstones such as cubic zirconia and moissanite are ethical choices as no mining is required.

        HOW TO CLEAN GEMSTONE JEWELLERY:

        * To keep gemstones clean and shiny, scrub lightly with a soft-bristled brush, warm water and detergent-free soap.

        * Avoid chemicals or excessive temperatures when cleaning.

        * Store in a safe, dry place when not worn to protect them from the elements of daily exposure.
