Show your devotion with this large 41.5mm height Silver Miraculous Medal featuring a motif of the Virgin Mary. Oxidized to give a vintage finish and contrast. Available as a pendant only or a necklace.

The vision that St. Catherine had of Mary shows Our Lady with arms outstretched with dazzling rays of light streaming from her fingers. The rays symbolize grace. The Latin inscription, 'Regina Sine Labe Originali Concepta', translates "Queen conceived without original sin, and 'O.P.N.' stands for "ora pro nobis", which means "pray for us" in Latin.
