We offer trackable shipping to most locations. Unfortunately in some locations such as Asia, tracking may be unavailable.

We guarantee the materials of our jewelry are as described. Our silver and gold jewellery are 100% real. Please read the product descriptions carefully. There may be some slight descrepancies in stone sizes and material weight up to 20% as many items are made to order.

We guarantee the best pricing for our curated peices. If you you find the exact same item being sold by a competitor we will match their price or offer you discount. This excludes items being sold by wholesalers and silver jewellery.
