The vision that St. Catherine had of Mary shows Our Lady with arms outstretched with dazzling rays of light streaming from her fingers. The rays symbolize grace. The Latin inscription, 'Regina Sine Labe Originali Concepta', translates "Queen conceived without original sin, and 'O.P.N.' stands for "ora pro nobis", which means "pray for us" in Latin.
